Solidarity isn’t enough, we need to fund youth-led movements.

The GenZ Connect Yatra is a youth-led cycle journey through eastern and central Uttar Pradesh, organised by Justice Morcha - a student collective to put education, employment and government accountability back on the public agenda.

What is GenZ Connect Yatra?

Organised by Justice Morcha, a student collective from Uttar Pradesh.

The GenZ Connect Yatra began on 20 August from Chauri Chaura in Gorakhpur. Around 30 young people are travelling by bicycle through villages, towns, colleges and cities, holding street-corner meetings, distributing pamphlets, and engaging directly with students and young people, studying the ground realities of government schools, colleges, hospitals, and government schemes along the route, and documenting their concerns and bringing local issues and gaps in public services to wider attention.

Support the Yatra

This yatra amplifies the voices of students and young people demanding better education, dignified employment and a transparent system. Sustaining a 45-day bicycle journey takes real resources - cycles and repairs, travel, food, accommodation, pamphlets and other logistics. Your contribution keeps the yatra moving from one district to the next.

Target: ₹ 1,50,000

Your contribution can feed riders, keep them hydrated, help them repair their cycles and find a safe place for them to spend the night.
